Let's Go Further

All are mine. Too much for a woman with a body size like mine?


I was devestated when a hot mama (she's 47, having a hot body, wearing sexy gym attire from head to toe) came to me and said, "Yang, badan you dah ok, peha you je besar". (T_T)

Dem! It was heart wranching. I thanked her, really, for being honest with me. So I immediately, bought a box of fat burner, a new pack 1 kg of protein, and a pack of calcium (tak de kena mengena nak kurus, tapi nak kulit cantik hihihi). Huuu.. Boy, I am determine!

That was not enough! I bought and signed the agreement to train with a personal trainer. I know he will push me hard to see results. Afterall, I'll be mad if there is no result. Yet, of course, he is my dear friend! :)

Well, let's see. My current weight is 54 kg (which I think, penimbang tu menipu, I think my weight is less than that!). My target is 49.3 kg.

We will see. Right?

So Pretty

Lisa Surihani is finally married. I want to talk about her nikah dress. Her nikah dress is so gorgeous.

Very decent, nice in colour, the beading is not too heavy, not too tight and the shawl is perfect (not too long, not too short). Im still wondering who is the designer... because it is not revealed on the internet yet. Why? Huuu.. I want one for my nikah day. Please God.

How was your day?

How was your day people?

Mine was pretty much tiring.
I had so many things to do on my 'To Do' list.
But I couldn't finish everything because I am having a bad period pain.
By the time it was 2pm, I already rushed back home because I was so sleepy
and had a very bad cramp on my hips and stomach....


I had a really painful one.... Sigh


Reached home, took a 2 hours nap.
Is 2 hours consider as a nap? Hihihi...

But the weird thing is, I still went to the gym, despite having the pain.. Haha.
I need to, if not, I'll gain weight the next morning.

So, how was your day everyone? anyone reading?


I am writing this because, I am reminding myself to be productive each day.
Because, every second counts, whether you use it wisely or just simply watch the time pass by.

2) too revealing
3) very ugly, wondering who is the designer
4) too weird

How could she posed so confident when people were actually looking THROUGH her dress and not her face... Wuuuu... 

I like Carrie Underwood's dress :) I want a nikah dress like that... Hehe. But of course, less of the gliters please.

Pros and Cons

Yesterday at the gym, there was this one friendly bro came to me, promoted a Hydroxycut sachet (weight loss suppliment).

He was too cute to say "no" to, so I took half of it and another half shared with my friend, Liya. Hehe.

As I started to workout, the sweat from all over my body kept pouring like it was raining cats and dogs. That was the first time I sweat like that just within 30 mins of workout. That thing was so damn powerfull, really !

So I showed that bro how sweaty I was, and both of us grined from ear to ear. Puas hati! Hehe... He gave me that sachet for free because he had extras. (He used to be overweight, but right now he needs to gain weight, because he is too skinny. Pulak dah!)

But yesterday night, was a NIGHTMARE ! I couldn't sleep at all ! The caffein from the hydroxycut was too much for me. My eyes were wide open, hands were shaking, my heart beats fast, and had a terrible anxiety. I felt heat all over.

It was 3 am, I messaged Liya "Are you sleeping? I couldn't ! Damn that thing." She replied "I exidently woke up too, I felt heat all over. I'm drinking a lot of water now. Rasa macam baru lepas makan 4 bijik durian!".

Really !

I couldn't sleep at all, so nak tak nak, I started my thesis writing Chapter 2. I got sleepy around the Subuh azan... Hummm.. And slept.

Then I woke up around 7, I measured my weight, I dropped 1 kg.

I read reviews on that product. There are side effects, as what I had felt last night. But really, you can slim fast with that thing.


Trying To Stay Positive


My study table is messy. Hmmm.
I'm starting my thesis writing Chapter 2, because my supervisor bising-bising already. Hehe...
But to stay focus is not easy! Honestly, my head couldn't really focus like during I did my degree.
God, why God???!

I want to train my head to stay positive all the time, but it's hard. My mind will go wandering somewhere else, like the gym, malls etc...

Ok, I'm trying hard to focus and stay positive right now !
